為提(ti)升(sheng)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)防(fang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)與應(ying)急(ji)處(chu)(chu)置能(neng)力(li),為開(kai)學(xue)(xue)后疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)防(fang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)打下(xia)堅實基礎,4月10日上午,我(wo)院(yuan)舉(ju)行(xing)了(le)疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)日常(chang)防(fang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)及(ji)應(ying)急(ji)處(chu)(chu)置模擬(ni)演(yan)練。濟南(nan)市疾病預防(fang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中心(xin)高(gao)新區分(fen)中心(xin)副主任(ren)王靜指導模擬(ni)演(yan)練,山東城市建設職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)術學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)等(deng)兄弟(di)院(yuan)校職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)部(bu)門負責人觀摩(mo)演(yan)練。學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)新冠肺炎疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)應(ying)急(ji)處(chu)(chu)置工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)領導小(xiao)組(zu)(zu)(春(chun)季學(xue)(xue)期開(kai)學(xue)(xue)準(zhun)備工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)領導小(xiao)組(zu)(zu))成(cheng)員(yuan)、應(ying)急(ji)處(chu)(chu)置各(ge)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)專班(組(zu)(zu))組(zu)(zu)長和成(cheng)員(yuan)、各(ge)有(you)關職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)處(chu)(chu)室工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)人員(yuan)、部(bu)分(fen)教職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)及(ji)安保、物業(ye)等(deng)后勤保障服務人員(yuan)參(can)加了(le)此次演(yan)練。
本(ben)次疫情防(fang)(fang)控(kong)模(mo)(mo)擬演(yan)練(lian)(lian)以(yi)《山東省高等(deng)學(xue)校2020年春季學(xue)期開學(xue)條件核驗(yan)細(xi)(xi)則》為指導,由學(xue)院新冠肺炎(yan)疫情應(ying)(ying)急(ji)處(chu)置工作領導小(xiao)組統一安排(pai),制定了詳細(xi)(xi)的《疫情防(fang)(fang)控(kong)及(ji)應(ying)(ying)急(ji)演(yan)練(lian)(lian)工作手冊》。根(gen)據(ju)演(yan)練(lian)(lian)順序,依次進行了校門(men)防(fang)(fang)控(kong)及(ji)應(ying)(ying)急(ji)處(chu)置模(mo)(mo)擬演(yan)練(lian)(lian)、教(jiao)學(xue)樓防(fang)(fang)控(kong)及(ji)應(ying)(ying)急(ji)處(chu)置模(mo)(mo)擬演(yan)練(lian)(lian)、師生餐廳日常(chang)防(fang)(fang)控(kong)模(mo)(mo)擬演(yan)練(lian)(lian)、學(xue)生公寓防(fang)(fang)控(kong)及(ji)應(ying)(ying)急(ji)處(chu)置模(mo)(mo)擬演(yan)練(lian)(lian)及(ji)獨立展示模(mo)(mo)擬演(yan)練(lian)(lian)等(deng)五個模(mo)(mo)塊。
校(xiao)(xiao)門日(ri)常防(fang)控(kong)及(ji)應急處(chu)置(zhi)模擬(ni)演練設在學校(xiao)(xiao)新校(xiao)(xiao)區北校(xiao)(xiao)門,分(fen)設教職員工入校(xiao)(xiao)、學生入校(xiao)(xiao)和校(xiao)(xiao)外人員入校(xiao)(xiao)等五個場景,模擬(ni)展示了各類人員入校(xiao)(xiao)身(shen)份核(he)驗(yan)、體溫監(jian)測(ce)、信息登(deng)記等環(huan)節及(ji)人員體溫異常情況(kuang)下(xia),及(ji)時采取應急處(chu)置(zhi)程序。
教(jiao)學樓日常(chang)防(fang)控及應急處(chu)置(zhi)模擬(ni)演(yan)練設在新(xin)校區九號教(jiao)學樓,模擬(ni)展(zhan)示(shi)了(le)師生(sheng)健康狀態下測溫進(jin)入教(jiao)室和學生(sheng)在上課過程(cheng)中突發(fa)異常(chang)情況,及時采取應急處(chu)置(zhi)程(cheng)序兩個場(chang)景。
師(shi)(shi)生餐(can)廳(ting)日常防控模擬演練(lian)設在新校區(qu)餐(can)廳(ting)(西側)一樓,分設師(shi)(shi)生排隊測溫(wen)進入餐(can)廳(ting)、取(qu)餐(can)用餐(can)和(he)(he)餐(can)后收殘等三(san)個場景,模擬展示了師(shi)(shi)生進出(chu)餐(can)廳(ting)和(he)(he)規范(fan)就餐(can)全(quan)過程。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)公(gong)寓日常(chang)防控及應急處置(zhi)模擬(ni)(ni)演練設在(zai)(zai)新校區八號(hao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)公(gong)寓,分設學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)健康(kang)狀態(tai)經(jing)體溫(wen)監(jian)測(ce)正常(chang)進出宿(su)舍(she)和某宿(su)舍(she)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)突發體溫(wen)異常(chang)情況等兩個場(chang)景,模擬(ni)(ni)展示了學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)經(jing)測(ce)溫(wen)后安全、有序進出宿(su)舍(she)樓和學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在(zai)(zai)宿(su)舍(she)內(nei)身體突發異常(chang),及時采(cai)取應急處置(zhi)程序。
獨立展示模擬演練設在圖書行政樓(lou)一樓(lou)大廳,集中(zhong)展示了“七步(bu)洗手法”操作過(guo)程,規范佩戴、 摘取一次性醫用口罩操作過(guo)程。
模(mo)擬演(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)持(chi)續一個半小(xiao)時,全(quan)(quan)程緊張有序,各(ge)(ge)模(mo)擬場景環(huan)(huan)環(huan)(huan)相扣,各(ge)(ge)部(bu)門密切配合,分(fen)工(gong)明確,模(mo)擬演(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)達到了預期效果(guo)。此次(ci)演(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)檢(jian)驗了學(xue)院疫(yi)情防控處理(li)體系和應急預案,提高了學(xue)院的疫(yi)情防控工(gong)作水平和突(tu)發疫(yi)情應急處置能力。學(xue)院下一步將(jiang)及時改進完善(shan)演(yan)(yan)練(lian)(lian)中(zhong)發現(xian)的問題,做細做實(shi)疫(yi)情防控工(gong)作各(ge)(ge)個環(huan)(huan)節,全(quan)(quan)力保障師生健康(kang)安全(quan)(quan),為開學(xue)準(zhun)備工(gong)作打下扎實(shi)基(ji)礎。
