3月14日,我校舉行2020年度副(fu)處(chu)級干部述(shu)職(zhi)述(shu)廉述(shu)黨建工作會(hui)議。校領導,副(fu)高及(ji)以(yi)上(shang)專業技(ji)術(shu)職(zhi)務人(ren)員,正(zheng)科級及(ji)以(yi)上(shang)領導干部參加會(hui)議。會(hui)議由副(fu)院長(chang)祝瑞花主持(chi)。
會上,36位(wei)副處(chu)級干部(bu)根據要求,就(jiu)2020年抓黨建(jian)和年度工(gong)作完(wan)成情況、存(cun)在的(de)不足及下一步工(gong)作打算等方面進行(xing)了總結匯報。
黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)委書記高磊對(dui)(dui)述職(zhi)情況進(jin)(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)集體點評,他指出,2020年,我們的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)有三(san)(san)點收獲,一(yi)是(shi)(shi)面(mian)對(dui)(dui)嚴峻的(de)(de)疫(yi)情防控(kong)形勢,在確保(bao)(bao)師(shi)生身心(xin)健(jian)康的(de)(de)情況下(xia),圓滿完成(cheng)了(le)(le)各項教育教學任務;二是(shi)(shi)學校綜合(he)改革(ge)起步(bu)成(cheng)勢,各項事業取(qu)得了(le)(le)長足(zu)發展(zhan);三(san)(san)是(shi)(shi)全(quan)校師(shi)生進(jin)(jin)(jin)一(yi)步(bu)統(tong)一(yi)了(le)(le)思(si)想,提高了(le)(le)認識,凝聚了(le)(le)共識,鼓舞了(le)(le)干(gan)(gan)勁。同(tong)時,也對(dui)(dui)副(fu)處級干(gan)(gan)部(bu)的(de)(de)述職(zhi)指出了(le)(le)存在的(de)(de)四(si)點共性(xing)問(wen)題,一(yi)是(shi)(shi)講業務工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)多,抓(zhua)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)少(shao),對(dui)(dui)抓(zhua)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)建的(de)(de)認識不(bu)(bu)足(zu)、方(fang)法不(bu)(bu)多。副(fu)處級干(gan)(gan)部(bu)應(ying)牢牢樹立(li)“抓(zhua)好黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)建是(shi)(shi)最大(da)(da)的(de)(de)政(zheng)績(ji)(ji)”的(de)(de)理念,結合(he)省(sheng)廳剛(gang)剛(gang)召(zhao)開的(de)(de)全(quan)面(mian)從(cong)嚴治黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)會議精神和省(sheng)廳巡察(cha)整改要求,深(shen)(shen)入思(si)考(kao)下(xia)一(yi)步(bu)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)思(si)路及舉措(cuo),確保(bao)(bao)把(ba)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)抓(zhua)實抓(zhua)細,實現新突破。二是(shi)(shi)定位(wei)不(bu)(bu)清晰。述職(zhi)中(zhong)有些同(tong)志過度(du)凸顯個人工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),有些同(tong)志把(ba)其他部(bu)門(men)(men)或全(quan)校的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)成(cheng)績(ji)(ji)當(dang)成(cheng)自己的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)成(cheng)效。副(fu)處級干(gan)(gan)部(bu)是(shi)(shi)部(bu)門(men)(men)負責人,述職(zhi)應(ying)該(gai)以部(bu)門(men)(men)職(zhi)責為依據(ju),具體闡述是(shi)(shi)如何帶(dai)領(ling)部(bu)門(men)(men)人員攻堅克難、開拓進(jin)(jin)(jin)取(qu)、履職(zhi)盡責的(de)(de)。三(san)(san)是(shi)(shi)對(dui)(dui)問(wen)題查擺不(bu)(bu)夠,原(yuan)因(yin)(yin)剖(pou)析不(bu)(bu)深(shen)(shen)。要多從(cong)部(bu)門(men)(men)人員政(zheng)治擔當(dang)的(de)(de)使命、干(gan)(gan)事創業的(de)(de)立(li)場、全(quan)心(xin)全(quan)意為師(shi)生服務的(de)(de)態度(du)、融(rong)入學校發展(zhan)大(da)(da)局的(de)(de)意識等方(fang)面(mian)查擺問(wen)題,深(shen)(shen)入分析存在問(wen)題的(de)(de)原(yuan)因(yin)(yin)。四(si)是(shi)(shi)大(da)(da)局意識欠(qian)缺,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)打算不(bu)(bu)細致。要突出圍繞中(zhong)心(xin)、服務大(da)(da)局的(de)(de)思(si)維,未(wei)來工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)緊緊圍繞國家、省(sheng)“十四(si)五”規劃、省(sheng)廳中(zhong)心(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)和學校發展(zhan)大(da)(da)局進(jin)(jin)(jin)行謀劃,從(cong)講政(zheng)治的(de)(de)高度(du)去思(si)考(kao)落(luo)實路徑和具體舉措(cuo)。
